The 19th Governor's Cup series is over, the cup is home where it belongs, and its back to business for the Nanooks, who are on the road in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan this weekend for the first round of the CCHA playoffs. I'm writing the preview for the series now, but I wanted to share just a few videos taken from some of the fans in the sellout crowd at the Carlson Center this past Saturday. Most of them are uploaded from cell phone cameras, and a lot of them are the same sequence of events from different angles. But I'm sure just like me, all of you are just as willing watch Yaremchuk's Cup-winning shootout goal over a dozen times... Check it out.
If you watch at about the 43 second mark of this next video, you'll catch the shot that Jordan Kwas missed, as it rang off the crossbar. ACC's Brad Gorham wanted the shot reviewed, but there is clearly no question here...
