So I gotta ask: is all that laid out for the guys, or do they do it themselves?
It's all laid out for them. Scott Eastman, the Nanooks equipment manager does an excellent job of putting everything together, sharpening skates, etc. The guys do tape their own sticks, but that's usually a player's preference anyway.
